Shipping duration

Orders will generally be shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

*Due to increased precautionary measures regarding COVID 19, carriers may experience unexpected delays. We kindly ask you for your understanding.

Products that are marked as “pre-orders” will require more time for shipment as these products will only be procured after we have received your order. These products are expected to be delivered around the “scheduled delivery date” indicated on their respective product pages. We seek your understanding in this regard before you place an order.

Shipping fees

Please note that all shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.

■Shipping fees
The shipping fee for a small product that is smaller than A4 in size and less than 2cm thick will be 400 yen. The shipping fee for orders containing larger products or multiple products will be 800 yen. In addition, an additional charge will apply on top of the regular shipping fee for orders bound for Okinawa and other remote islands.

■International shipping
International shipping fees vary depending on the weight of the package and the delivery area. Please check the payment page for more information.

Shipping companies

When the product is ready, it will be shipped to the designated address via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. Please note that you may not specify a preferred shipping company.

Specifying a delivery date and time

You may not specify a delivery date and time when placing an order. Please specify your preferred delivery date and time through the service provided by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport using the tracking number sent to you via email.

Failed delivery due to incorrect shipping information

Product delivery may fail in the event that the shipping information (e.g., name, address, phone number, email address) entered by the buyer is incorrect. Please check the information you have entered and ensure that there are no mistakes.

Your order may be automatically canceled if we do not receive a reply from you by the deadline after contacting you. Please note that under these circumstances, a refund may not be possible depending on your payment method.

In addition, please note that if both the phone number and email address you have entered are incorrect, we may not be able to contact you.
