Product management

All products in our store are carefully inspected prior to shipment. However, there may be some instances of fraying or blending of fabric due to the machine production process. In addition, there may be some variations among items of the same product depending on their production period and product color. We seek your kind understanding in this regard before you place an order with us.

The images displayed on the product pages seek to replicate the colors of the actual products as accurately as possible. However, please note that there may be some differences depending on the photography settings and the display settings of PCs, smartphones, and other devices used to browse the website.

 

Changes/Cancellation of orders


We are unable to accept any changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please check your order details before placing any order.

We are also unable to accept any changes or cancellations for the following reasons after an order has been placed.
・Incorrect product(s) ordered
・Incorrect quantity of product(s) ordered
・The size and/or color of the ordered product appear to be different from the displayed images

In the event that you receive a defective or wrong product, you may exchange it for a new item or return it for a refund subject to the following conditions. In this case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. 

 

Determination of defective products


In the event that the product you receive is found to be defective, please contact us. If we determine that the product is indeed defective after reviewing the information that you have provided on the product condition, we will exchange it for a new item or refund your purchase after receiving the returned item.

Please note that we may be unable to accept requests for an exchange/refund for minor fraying or blending of fabric in a product.


Items that are ineligible for exchange/refund even if they are defective
・Products that have been delivered more than 14 days ago
・Products that have been used (even lightly)
・Products with a lingering odor of cigarette smoke, etc., after they were tried on
・Products that have been washed or cleaned after they were delivered
・Products with their tags or labels removed
・If you have misplaced the purchase confirmation email or the packing slip enclosed during delivery

 

If you wish to exchange a defective product for a new item


You may only exchange a defective product for the same product that you have purchased. Please note that we are unable to accept requests to exchange the defective product for an item of a different size or color. To make an exchange, please send the item using “Cash on Delivery” to the address that will be provided separately.

 

If you wish to return a defective product for a refund


Please send the item using “Cash on Delivery” to the address that will be provided separately. We will proceed to refund your purchase after we have checked the condition of the returned product.

・For customers who have paid for their purchase using a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, we will take up to 10 business days to process the refund.
・For customers who have paid for their purchase using PayPal or Amazon Pay, we will take up to 5 business days to process the refund.
・For customers who have paid for their purchase at a convenience store, please provide us with your bank account information (i.e., bank name, branch name, account type, account number, name of account holder) to receive a refund. We will take up to 5 business days to process the bank transfer.
