The shipping fee for a small product that is smaller than A4 in size and less than 2cm thick will be 400 yen. The shipping fee for orders containing larger products or multiple products will be 800 yen. In addition, an additional charge will apply on top of the regular shipping fee for orders bound for Okinawa and other remote islands.
International shipping fees vary depending on the weight of the package and the delivery area. Please check the payment page for more information.

Delivery time of products
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery method of products
When the product is ready, it will be shipped to the designated address via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. Please note that you may not specify a preferred shipping company.

We are also unable to accept any changes or cancellations for the following reasons after an order has been placed.

・The size and/or color of the ordered product appear to be different from the displayed images
In the event that you receive a defective or wrong product, you may exchange it for a new item or return it for a refund subject to the following conditions. In this case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
